New Members Ministry

Frequency of ministry fellowship and/or meeting:  Monthly

The Ministry is responsible for discipleship, assisting all new members with completing the members forms, providing information about classes, attending bible study and Sunday school, upon completion of the classes, baptism if required and to contact them once a week just to say hello, see how they are doing and if they have any questions pertaining to our church body. We are to minister in excellence to ensure we are meeting the needs of those who need assistance. We are to encourage them to read a scripture everyday, meditate on God's word and pray without ceasing.

The goal of this ministry is to ensure each new member is fully integrated and oriented into the body of UFCM and made knowledgeable about the Pastor's vision for this ministry. We begin to help them know they are welcomed and loved by our church body, and encourage them to pray and ask God to reveal their spiritual gifts that they may take their rightful place in the vineyard. There are currently 12 persons on the ministry.
